Summary
This project involved the development of a triple bottom line approach to measuring and evaluating the impact of investments made under MLA's Environmental Sustainability On-Farm Sub-Program over the financial years 2016/17 and 2017/18.
This required the development of economic, environmental, and social metrics, and methods to determine the contribution of the sub-program towards maintaining the Australian red meat industry's social license to operate. This work supported MLA's broader evaluation process for investments made over the period 2015-2020.
